Auditions: Ballet Opéra Grand Avignon, Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin

The Ballet of Opéra Grand Avignon in France is looking for a professional female dancer for a one-year contract, which is renewable. The contract starting date is 3 December 2024.

Applicants have to submit a cover letter, a CV, a full-size photo, and a recent video by email to : michele.soro@grandavignon.fr

The application video should be no longer than 4 minutes and include:

• 2 minute showreel video, showing the pieces danced by the candidate

• 1 minute and 30 second improvisation

The application deadline is 8 November. The invitation only audition will take place on Monday, 18 November in Ateliers de l’Opéra in Avignon.

The Ballet of Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin in Germany is looking for dancers for our current FALLING | IN LOVE Grand Show and for the 2025-2026 season.

For the  FALLING | IN LOVE Grand Show:

• Requested height for female-identifying dancers: 1.72 - 1.78m

• Requested height for male-identifying dancers: 1.85 – 1.88m

• A classical ballet education is required

• Extraordinary skills in contemporary, commercial, heels or jazz-dance are desired but not required– Acrobatic skills are welcome

Applicants who meet these requirements will receive an invitation to an audition.

For the 2025-2026 season, the invitation only audition will take place on 6-7 January, 2025.
