BALLET PRELJOCAJ JUNIOR, France

Ballet Preljocaj Junior is searching for female and male dancers aged between 18 and 21, who are currently students in pre-professional dance schools.

In-person auditions will be held at Pavillon Noir in Aix-en-Provence, France, on 28th March for the first round and on 29th March for the second round. Individual schedule will be sent by email.

ALVIN AILEY AMERICAN DANCE THEATER, the United States

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will hold auditions for professional dancers of all racial and ethnic backgrounds accomplished in modern, ballet, jazz, and contemporary techniques.


To apply, complete the form from here and include the following requirements:

  • Applicant's contact information (name, email, and phone number)

  • Resume

  • Headshot

  • Pre-Screening Video

    • The video must be uploaded to YouTube and a public or unlisted link must be provided in the form. We will not use your password to access the link.

    • The video must be no longer than 10 minutes.

    • The video must include the following: 

      • 4 ballet center combinations on both sides (adagio, pirouette, petite allegro, grand allegro).

      • 2 solos with contrasting styles and dynamics (excerpted if necessary) demonstrating a command of modern and contemporary dance languages. Solo material can be from past stage performances or recorded in the studio.


The application deadline is 23rd January 2026. Invitations to in-person auditions will be sent by 6th February.


In-person auditions will take place on 8-9th March in The Joan Weill Center for Dance in New York.

NATIONAL YOUTH BALLET, the United Kingdom

National Youth Ballet is accepting for applications for auditions for its two summer courses, the Residential Performance Company and the Residential Performance Company Intensive.


In-person auditions will take place across the UK starting in February 2026.

TULSA BALLET, the United States

Tulsa Ballet is holding national and international auditions starting in February 2026. The company is considering male and female dancers with strong classical technique to fill positions with its Professional Company, TBII Company, and the Trainee Program with 40-week AGMA contracts.

  • a video with no introduction or fancy editing, consisting of the following performed in leotard and tights for women, and tight-fitting dance attire for men:

    • two classical variations drawn from the standard repertoire, danced in pointe shoes by female applicants

    • a short contemporary variation (that could consist of something drawn from the repertoire, phrases from classwork, or an applicant-created work) that illustrates the applicant’s command of a range of movement different from that demonstrated in the classical variation

    • 3-5 minutes of barre work, incorporating both sides, danced in soft shoes by male applicants and pointe shoes by female applicants

    • 3-5 minutes of center work that includes adagio, pirouettes, petit and grand allegro, danced in pointe shoes by female applicants

  • a CV (must include weight & height)

  • a head shot

  • 2-3 dance photos that reveal the dancer’s body proportions and line

LOS ANGELES BALLET, the United States

Los Angeles Ballet is seeking strong, classically trained dancers for the 2026-2027 season for company dancer and trainee positions

Pre-selected applicants will be notified via email of your invitation to attend the audition.


In-person auditions will take place at Los Angeles Ballet Studios on 7th February 2026.
