Bloch introduces RP Collection more than a year after Russian Pointe acquisition

Bloch has introduced the RP Collection more than a year after its purchase of RP Group International, formerly Russian Pointe.

The newsletter from Bloch, uk@email.blochworld.com, with the date stamp 10th May 2025 said, "Say hello to the RP Collection, an exciting new range of pointe shoes, from Bloch's partner brand. The perfect extension to our extensive pointe shoe range."

The link provided in the newsletter jumps to this RP website. The RP Collection is not listed on Bloch's EU or UK websites.

Russian Pointe was started up by Aleksandra Efimova, originally from Russia, in Michigan, the United States, in 1998 while she was still a university student. The shoes were basically same as R-Class, but they were sold as Russian Pointe in the U.S. until 2023.

In February 2024, Bloch, based in Australia, bought RP Group International. Terms are not clear.
