English National Ballet (ENB) announced its full 2025-2026 programme on 18th March 2025, after partially publishing the new season in February.
The season includes Body and Soul (Part 1) by Crystal Pite as a part of the Body and Soul double bill programme. It is for the first time for the London, the UK, -based company to perform Pite's work, along with the already announced Errand into the Maze by Martha Graham, which will be performed in the R:Evolution triple bill.
The double bill also features a new work by Kameron N. Saunders, whose recent work includes performing with Taylor Swift and Chappell Roan. How exciting!
Revivals are Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s The Sleeping Beauty (announced in February) with national tour and its first performance in the Royal Albert Hall, Nutcracker, which was world-premiered in the most recent Christmas season, and the popular Akram Khan’s Giselle. To my surprise, Akram Khan's Giselle will be performed in the London Coliseum for the first time ever. I do remember, though, I went to Sadler's Wells to watch it.
ENB also hosts the annual Emerging Dancers programme, and many engagement and inclusion projects, including Dance for Parkinson’s and Dance for Dementia.
