English National Ballet informs subscribers of potential data breach

English National Ballet (ENB) notified its Ballet Active and Ballet on Demand customers of a potential data breach in an email dated on 28th April 2026.

The email reads;

"Our platform provider, Vimeo OTT, recently identified a security incident involving a third-party analytics vendor used by Vimeo and many other companies. As a result, an unauthorised party accessed limited data held on the Vimeo OTT platform.

"The data potentially affected includes browsing activity and customer email addresses. Importantly, the data accessed does not include user passwords or payment information."

It is not clear when the potential data breach occurred.

The London-, the UK, based company said that there was no disruption to these online services, and that customers could continue to use them.
