Lisa Horten-Skilbrei: She is home in Norway

The family of Lisa-Horten-Skilbrei, a Norwegian dancer who passed away in Switzerland before Christmas 2024, posted an update on her Facebook account on 27th January 2025. Here is the copy and paste of the text.

“Dear friends of Lisa♥️

On 27.December we, Lisa’s family, brought her home to Oslo in Norway.

Lisa is now buried with the view to both the sunrise and the sunset, trees and a small river.

We love you and miss you Lisa♥️and will always remember you🌹May you forever be Lisa..

We want to thank you all for supporting and sending good energy to Lisa during her last 9 month.. meant everything to her🙏🏼

Lisa, who danced with Ballett Basel in Switzerland, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in March 2024 when she was 27 years old.
