  • The Stage published an article on about The Royal Ballet and Opera (RBO) 3rd August, saying:

    "The RBO’s most recent annual report warns that the organisation needs about £60m in investment over the next three years ’just to keep the building open and functioning’". The annual report in question was for the year 2024-2025 and it was published in late March. The annual report also said the building would require "£250m needed over the next decade to remain a world-leading ballet and opera venue" .Click here to download the annual report.   • San Francisco Ballet will return to Jacob's Pillow dance festival in August for the first time in 70 years, according to the Pointe magazine's article on 4th August. The company will perform a mixed programme including Grosse Fuge, by Hans van Manen; Dust Duet, by Akram Khan; and William Forsythe’s Prologue and The Barre Project.


  • Gramilano published two insightful interviews. One is with Mikhail Baryshnikov about completing the joint project with his friend, the late director Robert Wilson, on 5th August. The other is with Paris Opera Ballet Étoile Hugo Marchand about bringing ballet to Los Angeles’ Disney Hall on 31st July.
