The Fonteyn ballet competition will return to London in autumn 2026

The Margot Fonteyn International Ballet Competition, the Royal Academy of Dance's (RAD) annual even, will take place in London in autumn 2026.

The applications for the competition and the bursary are open until 1st June 2026, 18:00 UK time.

The event takes place 1st-8th November. The final will take place at London Coliseum. The final's judges are Darcy Bussell, Lynn Wallis, Francesca Hayward, Kevin O'Hare and Mthuthuzeli November.
