ABT announces fall 2025 and spring 2026 seasons

American Ballet Theatre announced its 2025 Fall and 2026 Spring seasons on 14th July 2025.
Both seasons will be presented at the David H. Koch Theater in New York, the United States. The news release said it would be the company's first spring season at the Koch Theater.
The 2025 Fall Gala on 22nd October will be "a celebration honoring the career of Principal Dancer Misty Copeland." It was announced in June that Principal Dancer Copeland would retire at the gala after 25 years with the company. There are some restrictions on the ticket booking for the gala. The fall season, which is dedicated to celebrate Twyla Tharp and ABT's 85th anniversary, includes:
Twyla@60: A Tharp Celebration -- the Company Premiere of Sextet, alongside Bach Partita and Push Comes to Shove
ABT@85: A Retrospective of Master Choreographers -- Michel Fokine’s Les Sylphides, Antony Tudor’s Gala Performance, and Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo
ABT@85: Classics to the Contemporary --The Kingdom of the Shades and The Sleeping Beauty, Act III, Christian Spuck’s Le Grand Pas de Deux, Twyla Tharp’s Known by Heart pas de deux, Victor Gsovsky’s Grand Pas Classique, Alexei Ratmansky’s Neo, Frederick Ashton’s Rhapsody pas de deux
ABT@85: Innovations Past and Present -- Juliano Nunes World Premiere, Have We Met?!, Alexei Ratmansky’s Serenade after Plato’s Symposium, and George Balanchine’s Theme and Variations
The spring season includes:
Lar Lubovitch’s Othello
Alexei Ratmansky’s Firebird, and Raymonda: Grand Pas Hongrois
