L'OPÉRA-THÉÂTRE DE L'EURO-MÉTROPOLE DE METZ, France

L'Opéra-Théâtre de l'Euro-Métropole de Metz (Ballet Metz) is recruiting five freelance dancers for the ballet Romeo and Juliet.

Excellent levels of classical and contemporary dance are required.

Auditions will take place at the Gabriel Pierné Regional Conservatory in Metz on the following days:

Monday, 5th October from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for male candidates (doors open at 8:30 a.m.)
Thursday, 8th October from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for female candidates (doors open at 8:30 a.m.)

The contract period is 1st December 2026 to 3rd January 2027 inclusive. There will be four performances on 30th December and 1st - 3rd January at the NEC in Marly.

EKKLESIA CONTEMPORARY BALLET, the United States

Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet is seeking male and female identifying professional dancers (ages 18+) for paid professional and unpaid apprentice roles in this year’s production of Ahavah.

Rehearsals will start in late August and the performances are scheduled in early December.

Washington National Opera is looking for dancers for its opera productions, Madama Butterfly and Nixon in China.

For Madama Butterfly, the company is looking for ten female corps dancers. Click here to register for the audition which takes place on 8th August.

For Nixon in China, the company is looking for four female corps dancers, four male corps dancers, one female soloist and one male soloist. Click here to register for the audition which takes place on 9th August.

ASBL INTERNATIONAL NATRAAJ YOUTH BALLET, Belgium

ASBL International Natraaj Youth Ballet is seeking one male and two female dancers to join the company for the 2026-2027 season.

Applicants must be EU citizens or non-EU citizens living in Europe with permits.

BALLET NACIONAL SODRE, Uruguay

Ballet Nacional Sodre will hold an international audition for dancers joining the company for the 2027 season. The audition is open to dancers with a solid classical technique foundation, as well as contemporary training.

Requirements are:

Classical Ballet training.
Female dancers must be at least 1,63 cm in height, and male dancers must be at least 1,75 cm in height.
The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 30 years.
