QUEENSLAND BALLET, Australia

Queensland Ballet is inviting applications from classically trained dancers for its 2026 season.

Opportunities are available within its Jette Parker Young Artist Program and Pre-Professional Program, with potential consideration for Company positions should vacancies arise in the future.

The application deadline is 25th July. All applicants will be notified of the outcome by 1st August.

The invitation-only auditions will take place in Melbourne on 24th August and Brisbane on 30th August.

To apply, fill in the form from here and upload your CV/resume, a recent headshot and full length photo and video showreel upon registration for auditions. Applicants must be in a classical dance position for full length photo; arabesque, a la seconde, écarté (en pointe for the ladies).

THE VICTORIAN STATE BALLET, Australia

The Victorian State Ballet is holding auditions for its company positions and its Pre-Professional & Graduate Programs for 2026.

Applicants for both the company and training programs will need to register via the trybooking link here and email dance shots with CVs to  admin@victorianstateballet.org.au 

The application deadline is 19th September. Invitation-only auditions will take place on Sunday, 21st September at VSB Studios, 29/10 Mirra Court, Bundoora 3083.

Applicants who cannot addend the auditions in person can apply for video auditions.
