Natalia Osipova to guest at ABT in Susan Jaffe's new Don Quixote

American Ballet Theatre announced the summer 2026 season at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, with Natalia Osipova appearing as a guest.
ABT announced Osipova's return as a guest on 10th March. The company's website shows she will dance the role of Kitri in Don Quixote, a new staging by Artistic Director Suan Jaffe and Regisseur Susan Jones, on 6th July 2026.
Moscow-born Osipova made the first guest appearance with ABT in 2009. She is currently a Principal Dancer with The Royal Ballet in London, the United Kingdom.
ABT's summer season will feature four full-length ballet, Kevin McKenzie’s Swan Lake, John Cranko’s Onegin, Don Quixote and Frederick Ashton's Sylvia, the company said in a news release on 18th March.
In the season, Principal Dancer Cory Stearns will retire from the stage after more than 20 years with ABT, as announced on 18th February. His last performance will be the title role of Onegin on 27th June.
Cory joined ABT as apprentice in 2005 and promoted to a Principal Dancer in 2011.
