Northern Ballet to bring world premiere Tiler Peck to the Royal Opera House

Northern Ballet will return to The Linbury Theatre of The Royal Ballet House in London from 29th September to 2nd October 2026 with a triple bill programme which will feature a world premiere by Tiler Peck.
The new work by the New York City Ballet Principal will be set to Franz Liszt’s Grande Étude de Paganini, played live by a concert pianist for the performance, The Royal Bellet and Opera said in a press release on 25th August 2026. The press release did not reveal the title of the new work.
The triple bill, titled Three Short Ballet, will also feature Hans van Manen’s Five Tangos and revive Fool, which was created by Olivier Award-winning Mthuthuzeli November for the Leeds, the UK, -based company for the same programme in 2024.

Fools received a National Dance Award nomination for Best Classical Choreography. Northern Ballet Principal Dancer Sarah Chun received the Olivier Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Dance for her performance.
