Sarah Lamb celebrates 20 years with Royal Ballet
Sarah Lamb celebrated 20 years with The Royal Ballet on the Covent Garden stage on 10th January 2025, The Royal Ballet and Opera said on its Instagram post.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, the United States, Sarah joined the Royal Ballet as a First Soloist in 2004 and was promoted to Principal in 2006.
Congratulations Sarah! I have seen a few performances of her and I always admired her clean square lines. I heard some people criticise her being “too plain”. But it is NOT easy to do everything textbook square. They should realise that she only makes it look easy, and that they cannot replicate it.
