Scapino Ballet Rotterdam looking for rehearsal director

Scapino Ballet Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is looking for a full-time rehearsal director to join its artistic team from the 2026-2027 season onwards.

Candidates must have/must be

• Experience as a Rehearsal Director, Ballet Master or in a similar role 

• Ability to guide, lead and motivate dancers at a high level 

• A structured and reliable way of working 

• Ability to maintain overview and set priorities 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Comfortable combining artistic work with planning and organisational tasks 

• Ability to read music scores is a plus

• Good command of English (English is the working language) 

• Based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam
