The Royal Ballet School partners with psychometric platform provider

The Royal Ballet School has formed a partnership with Mindflik, a company which provides mindset-led psychometric platform and tools to elite athlete training and businesses, the school said on 22nd September 2025.


"Over the next two years, the partnership will help our Performance Team – formed by the Artistic and multidisciplinary Healthcare teams – to build a shared language around pressure, connection, decision-making and support, ensuring that all students have the best possible platform to thrive," the London, the UK, -based school said in a press release.


Their collaboration started on 8th September.


In January, it was reported The Royal Ballet School reached a cash settlement with a former student in a body shaming case against the school. Since then, the school has been public about improving health care for its students.


Mindflik was founded by performance psychologists Dr. Mark Bawden and Dr. Pete Lindsay, alongside former England Cricket Captain Sir Andrew Strauss, according to the company website. It started with working with elite athletes to enhance their performances and gradually expanding into provide services to businesses outside sports.
