Vienna State Ballet announces joiners and promotions

Wiener Staatsballett (the Vienna State Ballet) announced joiners and promotions for the 2025-2026 season this month.
Joiners were announced on its official Instagram account over three days from 10th to 12th September 2025, including already-announced joiners. There are quite many.
Principals: Laura Fernandez Gromova, Cassandra Trenary, Madison Young, António Casalinho, Alessandro Frola, Kentaro Mitsumori, Victor Caixeta
Soloists: Margarita Fernandes, Rosa Pierro, Vladyslav Bosenko
Demi-soloists: Alessandro Cavallo, Rinaldo Venuti
Corps de ballet members: Francesca Cesaro, Lars Philipp Gramlich, Chloe Colter, Alex Martelli, Milda Luckuté, Laurids Seidel, Alice McArthur, Yo Nakajima, Ariel Daley, Lena Dobija
Promotions were announced in a news release on 1st September. Timoor Afshar was promoted from a Soloist to a Principal. Sinthia Liz and Giorgio Fourés were both promoted from Demi-soloists to Soloists.
