World Ballet Day: no update yet for 2025

At the point of writing this article on 16th August 2025, there has not been any updates for the World Ballet Day 2025 on the organisers' website.

The World Ballet Day was cancelled last year following it annual run for ten consecutive years until 2023. The organisers, The Royal Ballet, San Francisco Ballet and the Australian Ballet, said they were looking to return this year.

In the past, the World Ballet Day took place in October or early-November during weekdays.

Beware that the same Instagram account, which claimed to be the World Ballet Day account and spread wrong information about it last year, is still active, and that Google's AI overview is picking up the wrong information about this year from the seemingly-bogus account.
